See these little goodies pictured above? They're chocolate-covered, chocolate cookie sandwiches with a cappucino filling called TimTams. They are just about the best things you can stick in your coffee, and they are guaranteed to put a skip in your step, a smile on your face, and possibly a super big jump in your glucose reading. But they are worth the giant sugar crash afterward.
I recently discovered them, and they are far superior to my earlier favorites that I mentioned in a November post. You may remember them: the wafer cookies with the cultish-looking package.
