As stated yesterday I spent 20 minutes of my life trying to get my landline cancelled. After many attempts at tempting me to keep my phone, Natasha, my customer service rep, said that she finally cancelled the phone line. Either she did it on purpose or she didn't know what she was doing, but my home phone STILL WORKS!
I should have known when she said it would shut off tomorrow, July 9--and I informed her that tomorrow was actually July 10--that there would be problems. I hate it when I'm right. Well, actually, I love it when I'm right. So I guess I lie just like Natasha.
